The carnival lights are absolutely owning the month this year — they're not subtle, not soft whispers. They flood every window and feed, pulling everything toward that glowing, joyful festival energy. When I'm out looking at shop windows, it's the motion and shimmer of the lights and flowing fabrics that catch me first. That's what we have to start from, really.
